Life is a lethal disease, so why not ride it out in style? With their own pro brewery the Dogs are quenching their passion for craft beer and they are loving it to death. Literally. They left their comfort zones to start the a pro brewery. They didn’t need it, they simply want it!

Here comes the Apocalypse. Its first rider is the Warrior. It is best to just surrender. This is a New World warrior, a true American pale ale. Dry, fruity, gently bitter. Galaxy and Amarillo create a combination of tropical and orange-like aromas. A classic!

BLACK IPA

Here comes the dark beast: as black as a porter, as aromatic as a royal IPA. Starvation is a dark beer with the aroma of citruses, tropical fruit and conifers, with just a hint of roasted coffee and chocolate. It explodes with taste once it hits your mouth. Complex, yet balanced.

As the strong, fearless master of the wilderness, the lone wolf can be your best friend. Lone Wolf is the herald of the new wave of Slovenian hops production. We have used the Styrian Wolf hops exclusively and the result is a balanced beer with a distinct taste and the aroma of ripe tropical fruit, melon, conifers and citruses.

Fortunately, it is only a farmhouse ale or saison, where the fermentation is quick and exciting at high temperatures, enabling the synthesis of the typical esters. These offer complex fruity aromas and a spicy flavour. We used solely Slovenian hops: Celeia this time.

Our second demon is an IPA beer, this time fermented with English yeast creating esters during fermentation, while the American hops add the citrus and tropical fruits aroma. The beer smells and tastes dry and fruity. It is well balanced and very easy to drink.

BATCH #50

IMPERIAL STOUT

For the 50th round we gave it our best shot and brewed something strong, something that can be forgotten in the basement to make it even better. We used eight different types of malt and got a well-balanced Caesar’s stout, with a full body, silky texture and gentle aromas, and tastes of chocolate, caramel, coffee. We got creative with the name and called it simply Batch #50.

For the 50th round we gave it our best shot and brewed something strong, something that can be forgotten in the basement to make it even better. We used eight different types of malt and got a well-balanced Caesar’s stout, with a full body, silky texture and gentle aromas, and tastes of chocolate, caramel, coffee. We got creative with the name and called it simply Batch #50.

We admit: our mistake. We have accidentally used too much barley and hops. On top of that, we dry hopped it four times. The result? A hops bomb – in other words, an imperial IPA. Measurements say it is 10% alcohol and has a huge IBU, however they are hardly noticeable. This is a well-balanced beer you will want to drink from the largest mug. As we said: Mea Culpa!

We complemented our gose beer with large quantities of mango and passion fruit. The result is a tropical fruit bomb. We called it Crux – the southern cross. It will lead us on our journey to the tropics.

ZERO SAN

BRUT IPA

As dry as the best bubblies, as aromatic as a fresh IPA. Brut IPA has been born in San Francisco recently and needs to be extremely dry: brut or better yet, extra brut! After the fermentation we added some amylase enzymes, as they do when brewing sake. We achieved the Zero Plato level of thickness and then added large quantities of Nelson Sauvin hops with a distinct wine aroma. We proudly present: Mister Zero San.

This is NEIPA's Sour Sister. We brewed an extremely hoppy beer which was kettle soured. The result is a NEIPA, so juicy and fruity, like drinking a glass of fruit juice. Disclaimer: no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.
